1. System Overview

This system digitizes and automate CDACC/TVET Practical Assessment Moderated Marksheet, calculating manualy is tediuas and prone to errors
With this system, You can enter student marks, apply moderation, import/export Excel, generate PDF, and produce official CDACC/KNEC-style mark sheets.

2. Enter Header Details

Click Enter Header Details → Fill Centre, Course, Unit, Term, Series → Click Save Details. A success notification will confirm.

3. Adding Students

Click + Add Student Row to add candidates. Fill Name, Internal Mark, Verifier Mark.

4. Calculate Moderation

After entering marks, click Calculate Moderation. The system computes Mean, Std Dev, Sample count, and applies moderation rules automatically.

5. Import Excel

Click Import Excel → Select .xlsx file. System loads data and asks you to recalculate. This option is best for blacky entries

6. Export Excel

Click Download Excel to download a CDACC-format spreadsheet with headers, marks, summary, and signature area.

7. Export PDF

Click Download PDF to generate a formal CDACC-style moderated marksheet PDF with page numbers.

8. Excel Template

Click Excel Template to download a prepared .xlsx file you can fill and re-import.
